Adrian Foley is the founder and president of Land Crown Property Management and serves as Broker in Charge for Land Crown Real Estate. A licensed real estate broker in both South Carolina and Florida, Adrian has over a decade of hands-on experience in real estate sales, client service, and investment advisory across a range of property types and market cycles.
His career began in the high-end Miami market, where he built a reputation for thoughtful representation and responsive service. His legal background reinforces that real-world real estate knowledge—Adrian is a licensed attorney in the state of Florida with over a decade of experience practicing real estate law. This combination of practical and legal expertise gives clients the confidence that their property management needs are met with both care and compliance.
With family roots in the Philippines and a personal journey that has taken him around the world, from Asia to South America to the Lowcountry, Adrian offers a unique global perspective grounded in a strong local commitment. He lives in Charleston County with his wife and two young children.
