With over a decade of experience in real estate and property management, Adrian Foley brings a unique blend of market expertise, legal knowledge, and investor-focused strategy to Land Crown Property Management. As a licensed real estate broker in South Carolina and Florida—and a Florida-licensed real estate attorney—Adrian provides a level of professional insight and risk management that sets Land Crown apart.
Born into a multicultural family with roots in the Philippines, Adrian has lived in Taiwan, California, Argentina, Florida, and now calls the Lowcountry home. His global perspective and deep understanding of different markets have shaped his approach to real estate—one that values adaptability, professionalism, and a deep commitment to client success. Fluent in Spanish, Adrian is able to serve a diverse range of clients and investors, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
His background in real estate law gives him an edge in lease structuring, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that property owners are protected from unnecessary risks. While Adrian does not practice law in South Carolina, his expertise in property rights, landlord-tenant law, and investment strategy allows him to offer clients informed, proactive management solutions.
Adrian founded Land Crown Property Management with a clear vision—to provide comprehensive, high-quality property management services that maximize property value while eliminating the stress of day-to-day operations. His leadership ensures that Land Crown clients receive expert guidance, responsive service, and strategic property management tailored to the Charleston rental market.
When he's not managing properties or helping investors, Adrian enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, exploring the Lowcountry, and staying active. He’s passionate about real estate, culture, and creating opportunities for clients to grow and protect their investments.
